It is unclear how the worker fell into the machinery. Both local officials and investigators from the federal office of Occupational Safety and Health Administration are working to determine how this tragic industrial accident occurred, and though no foul play is suspected, police have thoroughly documented the worksite. Provided the man survives his extensive injuries, he will likely experience a long and difficult recovery.
